Here are some of the reasons Mohamed was chosen as Resident of the Month (As quotedfrom the nomination letter):

"I have also witnessed Mohamed’s investment in teaching and mentorship. He takes time toteach, supports learners at all levels, and creates an environment where others feel comfortableasking questions. His professionalism, kindness, and ability to build rapport with patients andstaff alike make him a pleasure to work with and a role model within our program. In every rolehe takes on, Mohamed leads with integrity and a positive attitude. He exemplifies the spirit ofteamwork and excellence that this award represents."

"Mohamed shows a genuine passion for medicine, learning, and continuous self-improvement. He consistently sets a high standard for himself and works hard to meet and exceed it. Thiscommitment is evident in his clinical work, his thoughtful approach to patient care, and his dedication to excellence in all that he does.”

"Mohamed is a reliable and valued team member who often goes above and beyond for his colleagues. Most recently, he stepped in to cover a block of day float when there was an unexpected scheduling gap. He also picks up additional call shifts when needed, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the team.”
